Kamlesh Sharda

FCA, FCS, DISA, BCom

As a Qualified Chartered Accountant and a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the senior-most and founding partner of K. Sharda & Co. also owns a degree in Companies Secretary from the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India. With an experience spanning more than 27 years of professional practice, his precision, expertise and pragmatic approach towards handling Tax Audit assignments and providing consultancy in streamlining business functioning to ensure appropriate tax compliance while delivering maximum benefit to our clients is unparalleled. He has been heading the Statutory Bank Audit Assignments of the firm since the very beginning and is well-equipped with the essential skills and knowledge required for delivery of professional quality requirements within stringent deadlines. Being DISA certified, he is an inspirational guidance for our team in conduct of information systems and process audits.

Sudheer Sarda

FCA, CA ANZ, DISA, B.Com

In addition to B. Com and Chartered Accountancy degrees based in India, he is a qualified full member of the The Chartered Accountant Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ), he has worked in Sydney with Accounting Firms in the field of Auditing, Superannuation Compliance, Accounting and Taxation. He is a visiting faculty at Forensic Accounting & Fraud Prevention (FAFP) programs conducted by CIT, ICAI. He is also contributing as a coordinator on awareness program on FAFP practice. He has successfully completed DISA, Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit and also a Certified Peer Reviewer of ICAI.

Aditya Sharda

FCA, ACS, DISA, MSc (BAC), BCom

Soon after clearing his chartered accountancy, CA Aditya Sharda joined the firm in 2016. Having been instrumental in helping our clients transition to the GST regime in 2017, he has since been primarily practising in and managing the Indirect Taxation department. His expertise and approach towards handling GST related issues have helped our clientele to be less bothered by the volatility inherent in the GST regime and to be more focused on sustaining and growing their businesses. Since the very beginning of his association with the firm, he has been a significant contributor in driving and implementing digital transformation thereby benefitting the firm's clients and workforce immensely. He became a chartered accountant at the age of 22 years after clearing all the levels at first attempts. Later, he managed to secure a seat in the University of Strathclyde in Scotland, UK and accomplished his MSc. in Business Analysis and Consulting therefrom with Distinction. Additionally, he has also cleared all levels of ICSI examinations and is an associate membership thereof.

Kaushal Sharda

ACA, ACCA, ACMA, DISA, BCom

CA Kaushal Sharda joined the firm in 2019 after successfully completing his chartered accountancy. Having developed a keen sense of interest in Direct Taxation throughout the tenure of his Articleship, he has been practising in and managing the Income Tax department of the firm since the beginning of his association with the firm. Also, he has been actively participating in reforming internal management, especially in accounts and workflow management. He became a chartered accountant at the age of 22 years and since has also completed certification courses in the concurrent audit of banks, Goods & Services Tax and Forensic Accounting and Fraud Prevention. Additionally, he is also a qualified Cost and Management Accountant and a member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India. Over and above this, he is also a qualified ACCA and a member of the prestigious and internationally renowned institute of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
